Repair service company, Omega Force Services of Rogers, Minn., recently earned top honors in customer satisfaction among thousands of appliance repair contractors nationwide from American Home Shield, the nation’s leading provider of home warranties.
The upstart service company launched as a oneman operation only three years ago and now employs five people.
American Home Shield has one of the largest service contractor networks in the nation — over 11,000 and growing — and closely monitors customer service feedback along with 15 different metrics to ensure its customers receive quality service for which Omega Force received more than 94% of the total points possible.
Omega Force Services provides “integritydriven” home appliance repair services throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Omega Force Services was formed by Phil Whiteford in 2013, when Phil made all the service calls himself. The growing company now employs five fulltime staff, including four
“Service Heroes.” The young company has earned multiple corporate service contracts, and received top national honors in 2016 for outstanding professionalism from the United Servicers Association.
While he appreciates the national recognition, Whiteford most values the ratings and recommendations of satisfied customers.
“ We want to save the world one appliance, and one happy customer at a time. We want our customers’ experience with us to inspire such awe that they can’t wait to tell everyone they know,” Whiteford said.
