Help fill Easter baskets for local children at CROSS

The Easter holiday is fast approaching and CROSS is looking for community supporters to help provide and fill baskets and bags with toys and treats for children of CROSS families for an Easter morning surprise.

Donations of new Easter baskets, bags, bubbles, and egg dying kits are among the most desired items at CROSS for the upcoming holiday.

Easter baskets, along with additional food items, are distributed to families with children prior several weeks prior to the holiday. Families living in Maple Grove, Rogers, Osseo, Champlin (west), Corcoran and Dayton in need of help can stop in at CROSS during regular business hours.

CROSS is open Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. No appointment is necessary to obtain services at CROSS. The last walk-in appointments are one hour before closing.

For 38 years, CROSS has been operating and serves more than 600 families each month at the Rogers facility, located at 12915 Weinand Circle. In addition, through partnerships and outreach, CROSS provides food to more than 5,000 people each month.
