THE MEDINA PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARINGS STARTING AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 2052 COUNTY ROAD 24 ON: Tuesday, June 10, 2014:
1. Buell 3574 Pinto Drive Conditional Use Permit to construct 150 wireless communications monopole (PID 12-118-23-23-0024).
2. Princeton Capital 1575 Hamel Road Preliminary Plat to subdivide one lot into four single family residential lots (PID 11-118-23-33-0003).
3. Greg Smith 4635 Pine Street Variances to the rear yard setback (east) requirement and the maximum impervious surface coverage requirements for a garage addition to home (PID 18-118-23-23-0046).
