NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Michael Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as time permits, at St. Michael City Hall, to consider a request to amend the Comprehensive Plan and Rezone the property at 4011 MacIver Ave NE from B-1, Commercial to I-1, Industrial. The request would allow the applicant to redevelop the site into a mini-storage facility. Applicant: Joel Cornell, 9227 Kaeding Ave NE, Otsego, MN 55362.
Information regarding this request can be viewed at City Hall during regular working hours. Anyone so desiring to be heard regarding this matter will be heard at this meeting. Written comments should be received no later than May 7, 2014, at St. Michael City Hall, 11800 Town Center Drive NE, St. Michael, MN 55376.
