Services for Edna L. (nee Chromey) Weber, 83, of Albertville, were Friday, Aug. 23, 2013, at St. Albert Catholic Church, Albertville, Minn.
Interment was at St. Albert’s Cemetery, Albertville.
Casket bearers were Matthew O’Donnell, Jacob Vorderbruggen, Sean O’Donnell, Kevin O’Donnell and Joe O’Donnell.
Mrs. Weber died at her residence Tuesday, Aug. 20.
She was born Feb. 28, 1930, in St. Cloud, Minn., the daughter of Gilbert and Ethyl (Stotesbury) Chromey.
On Oct. 27, 1955, Edna Chromey and Harry Weber were united in holy marriage at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in St. Cloud. God blessed their marriage with two daughters.
She was a faithful member of St. Albert’s Catholic Church in Albertville. She also taught CCD and belonged to The Christian Women. She was a member of the American Legion Auxillary Post #567.
Mrs. Weber was also a member of The Friendly City Days Queen Committee. She was an avid Twins and Vikings fan and she enjoyed bowling.
She is survived by her children Brenda (Hugh) O’Donnell and Patty (Donny) Vorderbruggen; grandchildren Matthew (Jenna) O’Donnell, Emily Vorderbruggen, Sean (Theresa) O’Donnell, Jacob (Kasandra) Vorderbruggen, Kevin O’Donnell and Joe O’Donnell; great-grandchildren Leo O’Donnell, Lucas O’Donnell, Damian O’Donnell and Ava O’Donnell, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents and her husband Harry Weber.
