A resounding success, Rockford River Days 2013 experienced excellent weather over all three days of the city’s annual celebration. From contests, fireworks, dances, rides and a parade, this was a banner year for the City of Rockford and those lucky enough to attend. The annual Grand Parade on Sunday afternoon was met with scores of onlookers and had a little of everything.
