DWIs

Corcoran Police reported a DWI arrest Friday, July 19 at 8:08 p.m. at County Rd. 101 and Stieg Rd. Arrested was Bradley Michael Lamberger, 39, of Otsego for 4th Degree Misd DWI with a .12 BAC.

Arrests

Corcoran Police reported a DAC arrest Wednesday, July 17 at 3:17 p.m. at County Rd. 10 and County Rd. 116. Arrested was Randy Star Anderl, 40, of Delano for driving after cancellation of his driver’s license.

Corcoran Police reported a DAS arrest Thursday, July 18 at 8:40 p.m. at County Rd. 116 and Hackamore Rd. Arrested was Kelly Kristine Burich, 26, of Monticello for driving after suspension of her driver’s license.

Corcoran Police reported a possession arrest Friday, July 19 at 6:44 p.m. at County Rd. 50 and County Rd. 10. Arrested was Nicole Rae Creighton, 22, of Minneapolis for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, open bottle, driving after suspension of her driver’s license.

Corcoran Police reported a DAC arrest Sunday, July 21 at 3:23 p.m. at 78XX Maple Hill Rd.  Arrested was Gustavo Sanchez-Otrega, 26, of Corcoran for driving after cancellation of his driver’s license.

Property damage

The department reported a property damage accident Tuesday, July 16 at 4:35 p.m. in the area of County Rd. 19 and Pioneer Tr.  The vehicle was northbound on County Rd. 19, just north of Pioneer Trail, when the trailer started to swerve, causing both the vehicle and the trailer to go into the ditch. No injuries were reported.

The department reported a property damage accident Thursday, July 18 at 5:54 p.m. in the area of County Rd. 116 and Meister Rd.  The 17 year old driver advised they were driving side-by-side with another person when their cell phone rang. They attempted to grab the phone, which was by their feet, when they lost control of the vehicle, went into the ditch and rolled the vehicle.

The department reported a property damage incident Sunday, July 21 at 11:58 a.m. in the area of 226XX County Rd. 10. The reporting party stated that sometime after 10 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, an unknown vehicle had run off the road and struck a phone cable box. There are no identifiable suspects at this time.

Theft

Theft of fuel was reported Thursday, July 18 at 2:03 p.m. in the 93XX block of County Rd. 19. The reporting party stated a white 32 foot motorhome left without paying for fuel.

Medicals

The department responded to a medical emergency Wednesday, July 17 at 7:59 p.m. in the 65XX block of Rolling Hills Rd. A 49 year old female had fallen. The patient declined medical attention at that time.

The department responded to a medical emergency Friday, July 19 at 1:10 p.m. in the 195XX block of County Rd. 30. A 74 year old male was having chest pains. The patient was transported to North Memorial Medical Center by North Ambulance.

The department responded to a medical emergency Sunday, July 21 at 7:05 a.m. in the 78XX block of Maple Hill Rd. A 36 year old female was having abdominal pain. The patient was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center by North Ambulance.

Miscellaneous

The department responded to a report of a disturbance on Tuesday, July 16 at 5:22 p.m. in the 199XX block of Dassel La. The reporting party stated their estranged wife was waiting for him when he was leaving for work this morning. There was a verbal argument and all parties left the residence for the day. When the reporting party arrived home this afternoon, he found his bedroom in disarray. The bed and sheets were tossed around the room. No further police assistance needed.

The department responded to a report of a forgery on Friday, July 19 at 3:12 p.m. in the 75XX block of County Rd. 116. The reporting party stated they had received a counterfeit note in a deposit made by a local business. The Officer took the information and the bank will notify the Department of Homeland Security regarding the counterfeit note.

The department responded to a report of a verbal domestic on Friday, July 19 at 2:40 p.m. at 78XX Maple Hill Rd. The reporting party stated there was a family dispute that resulted in requesting law enforcement assistance. The Officer arrived on scene and found several family members arguing. The parties agreed to separate.

The department responded to a report of a suspicious act on Friday, July 19 at 8:45 p.m. in the 192XX block of Hackamore Rd. The reporting party stated a solicitor walked up their driveway and they thought it was suspicious since their driveway is 3/10 of a mile long. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the person of interest.

The department responded to a report of a suspicious act on Saturday, July 20 at 12:53 a.m. in the 102XX block of Hage Dr. The reporting party stated there was a suspicious vehicle parked on the road. Officers located the vehicle and found they were waiting for a friend to arrive home.

The department responded to a report of a fire on Saturday, July 20 at 9:37 p.m. in the 81XX block of Strehler Rd. The reporting party stated there was a cushion on fire in the ditch. Loretto Fire Department arrived on scene to extinguish the fire.

The department responded to a report of a domestic on Sunday, July 21 at 2:29 p.m. in the 78XX block of Maple Hill Rd. The reporting party stated there was a domestic, nothing physical. A second reporting party stated her husband had hit her and she now had a bloody nose. Officers arrived on scene to find the two parties arguing. The male stated the female had been out partying all night and came home to take his children when the two parties began to argue and fight. The female stated they were fighting and she didn’t know how she got a bloody nose, but just wanted her keys so she could leave. There were no witnesses to the argument. Both parties separated for the day.

The department responded to a report of a domestic on Sunday, July 21 at 11:40 p.m. in the 78XX block of Maple Hill Rd. The reporting party stated their drunk wife is back, trying to come in. The reporting party is wondering if he has to let her in. Officers arrived on scene and found the wife sitting on the hood of her vehicle. The wife advised they were arguing over family issues. Both parties agreed to have no contact with each other for the rest of the night. The Officer did note that the wife showed no indications of being impaired.
