Osseo Police

The following is a synopsis of some of the incidents that occurred in the city of Osseo from June 27 thought July 11, 2013.

 

Arrests:

A 35-year-old Osseo woman was arrested July 5 on the 400 block of Central Avenue for driving with a suspended license and no insurance. She was released with a citation and her vehicle was impounded.

A 26-year-old Osseo man was arrested July 9 on the 200 block of Sixth Street N.W. for driving with a revoked driver license and no insurance. He was issued a citation and released. His vehicle was also impounded.

A 36-year-old West St. Paul man was arrested July 10 on the 100 block of Central Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released with a citation.

Incidents:

Osseo Police responded to a business burglary on June 29 on the 400 block of County Road 81. The front door was smashed in and several items were taken. The case is under investigation by Osseo Police and Hennepin County Crime Lab.

A tractor was reported stolen from an underground garage on June 29 on the 100 block of Regan Lane. The tractor has been entered as a stolen article. The case is under investigation by Osseo Police and Hennepin County Detectives.

Four juveniles were detained by Osseo Police on July 1 and issued citations for possession of drug paraphernalia and alcohol on 500 block of Fifth Ave. N.E. All juveniles were released to their parents.

A noise complaint was reported on July 1 on the 300 block of Second Street S.E. The parties involved were told to keep quiet. No charges were filed.

A theft of a utility trailer was reported stolen on the 200 block of First Ave. N.W. on July 2. There are no suspects.

An open door was found by Osseo Police on a business on the 8700 block of Jefferson Hwy. on July 3. A key holder was notified and the building was secured.

A theft from auto was reported on July 3 from the Osseo Senior High School. There are no suspects.

Osseo Police took a report of a missing vulnerable adult on July 4 from the 500 block of Second Street S.E. The person was later found safe.

An open door was founded by Osseo Police on a building on the 300 block of Sixth Ave. N.E. on July 4. The building was secured by Osseo Police.

An open door to a vacant business was found by Osseo Police on the 8800 block of Jefferson Hwy. on July 6. The building owner was contacted to secure the building.

A noise complaint was reported on the 600 block of North Oaks Drive on July 7. The person causing the noise was advised to be quiet. No charges are pending.

A noise complaint was reported on the 300 block of Second Street S.E. on July 7. The parties involved were advised to keep the noise down. No charges are pending.

A theft from auto was reported on the 400 block Broadway Street E. on July 11. The case is currently under investigation by Osseo Police and Hennepin County Crime Lab.

Medicals:

Osseo Police responded to a 78-year-old unconscious and unresponsive male on July 1 on the 500 block of Second Street S.E. He was transported to North Memorial Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 78-year-old man feeling ill on the 400 block of Sixth Ave. N.E. He was transported to Mercy Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 69-year-old that was having a possible stroke on the 300 block of Fifth Ave. N.E. on July 6. He was transported to North Memorial Hospital in Maple Grove by North Ambulance.
