NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is given that on July 30th, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at Wright County Government Center, Ten Second St., Buffalo, MN 55313, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, June 21, 1995, and (“Will”), and for the appointment of Chester A. Huber, Jr., whose address is 275 Voltaire Place, Grosse Pointe Farms, MI, 48236 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
A charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceedings be given to the Attorney General pursuant to Minn. Stat. 501B.41, subd. 5.

ORDINANCE NO. 2013-03
AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2013
a. Ordinance 2013-03 amends the City of Hanover 2013 Fee Schedule.
b. The amended fee schedule made a number of changes to City fees, which are listed below.
1) Water Distribution Rates (City Portion): $1.27 base fee per month
$0.91 per 1,000 gallons
2) Sewer Rates: $27.35 base minimum per month (up to 7,000 gallons)
$5.52 per 1,000 gallons (for flows over 7,000 gallons in a month)
3) Storm Water Utility Rate: $102 per REF per year, capped at 2 acres
4) Late Fee: Per Joint Powers 2013 fee schedule
5) Water Shut-off/Turn-on Fee: $25.00
6) Eliminate show license fee.
7) Eliminate sewer service connection license fee.
8) Eliminate billiards, pool, and bowling fee.
9) Eliminate amusement devices fee.
10) All other city fees remain the same.

CONSTRUCTION BID NOTICE
The City of Corcoran, MN is accepting construction bids for the development of an approximately 3500 square foot community center to be located on designated property located at 7800 Maple Hill Road, Corcoran MN through July 19, 2013.
The project is being developed with the assistance of a $225,000 Community Development Block Grant from the Federal Government and administered through Hennepin County. This project requires the winning bid to adhere to all Federal Wage determinations, Federal Wage decision, and Labor Standards set by the Federal Government.
