‘Roaring’ into the future by celebrating the past

A rollicking good time was had by 170 attendees of the recent Rockford Education Foundation (ISD 883) “Roaring Twenties” fundraiser. The event featured many great silent auction baskets as well as valuable raffle items, including a TV and iPad. “Rockford Rick” Martinson was the DJ and provided music for this event. Guests arrived in twenties attire and enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner. Proceeds from the event are dedicated to enhancing technology in the Rockford Schools. This event grossed $20,000 for Rockford Area Schools.
