NOTICE OF ASSOCIATION LIEN FORECLOSURE SALE
WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Karston Cove Townhomes, C.I.C. No. 124 (henceforth the Declaration) dated November 6, 2006 and recorded in the office of the County Recorder in and for Wright County, Minnesota on November 7, 2006 as Document No. A-1032217, which Lien covers the following described property situated in the County of Wright and State of Minnesota, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 1, Karston Cove Third Addition, C.I.C. No. 124, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the Office of the County Recorder, in and for Wright County, Minnesota.

WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of the date of this Notice by Juan A. Olivares and Iris del Carmen Olivares as unit owners to Karston Cove of Albertville Association, Inc., the principal amount of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-nine Dollars and 10/100 ($2,879.10) for assessments through January, 2013; and no action being now pending at law or otherwise to recover said debt or any part thereof, and;
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, and the statute in such case made and provided, said debt creates a lien upon said premises in favor of Karston Cove of Albertville Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that by virtue of the power of sale created by statute, said lien will be foreclosed by the sale of said premises with the hereditaments and appurtenances, which said sale will be made by the Sheriff of Wright County, Minnesota at the Sheriff’s main office Wright County Government Center, 3800 Braddock Avenue NE, Buffalo, MN, in said County on April 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, to pay the amount then due for said assessments, together with the costs of foreclosure, including attorney’s fees as allowed by law. The time allowed by law for redemption by the unit owners, their personal representatives or assigns, is six (6) months from the date of said sale.
TIME AND DATE TO VACATE PROPERTY: If the real estate is an owner-occupied single family dwelling, unless otherwise provided by law, the date on or before which the unit owners must vacate the property if the lien is not reinstated under section 580.30 or the property is not redeemed under section 580.23 is 11:59 p.m. on October 4, 2013. If the foregoing date is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, then the date to vacate the property is the next business day at 11:59 p.m.

The City of Corcoran is seeking bids for Bituminous mixture for paving and patching. Sealed proposals must be received by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 18, 2013, and will be publicly opened and tabulated at 9:05 a.m. on Monday March 18, 2013 at Corcoran City Hall.
All proposals shall be addressed to the City of Corcoran, 8200 Co Rd 116, Corcoran, MN 55340, sealed and marked “Asphalt / Road Maintenance Bids” on the outside of the envelope.

CITY OF CORCORAN
NOTICE OF REQUEST
For Agricultural Preserve Designation
Notice is hereby given that the Council will meet at City Hall, 8200 County Road 116, on Thursday, March 28, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by Beverly J. Patnode Trust for designation of property totaling 68.75 acres as Agricultural Preserve.
The property is legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, MTP West Acres (PID 19-119-23-41-0002). The current land use designation on 2030 Future Land Use Map is Ag Preserve.
The property owner is requesting re-enrollment into the Metropolitan Agricultural Preserve program and initiating expiration of the Metropolitan Agricultural Preserve designation at the same time. If approved, the property would be designated Metropolitan Agricultural Preserve and would be decertified eight (8) years from the date of entry.
All persons wishing to speak on this item will be heard. Comments may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting.

from the February 19, 2013 Regular Board Meeting
The school board met in regular session on Monday, January 23, 2013. The following items may be of interest:
• The board were introduced to the district consultants for the construction project- ICS Consultants, DeVetter Design Group with LSE Architects and Anderson Johnson Associates
• The board also recognized Michael Tauber, James Carr, Reader’s Choice Award recipients, Jayda Palmer, Justin Dugstad, Amanda Thingvold, Jeanne VanDrasek, Deb Hasti, and Sandy Strozyk.
• The board approved the minutes from the January 23 regular meeting and February 4 work session, staffing changes, bills totaling $854,923.10, open enrollments, and donations.
• The board heard reports from principals Ryan Jensen, Amy Denneson and Brenda Petersmeyer, Special Education Coordinator Shanna Paffrath, and Activities Director Glenn Klaphake.
• The board also received reports from Business Manager Sandy Strozyk and Superintendent Paul Durand.
• The board heard an update on the student enrollment numbers.
• The board was updated on the construction projects.
• The board approved the revised 2012-13 budget and added the Fund 6 Building Budget as proposed.
• The board approved the FT14 Integration Revenue Budget as presented.
• The board reviewed the visioning process held during the February 4 work session.
• The board approved the policy updates 414 Mandated Reporting of Child Neglect or Physical or Sexual Abuse (Form); 515 Protection and Privacy of Pupil Records; 530 Immunizations Requirements and other policies with non-substantive changes. They also reviewed policies 616 School District Accountability and 603 Curriculum Development.
• The board discussed possible membership in the National School Board Association.
• Heard reports from individual board members on their committee assignments.
• There is a work session scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2013 at 6:30 PM in the Rockford Middle School.
• The next regular meeting of the Board of Education is scheduled for Monday, March 18, 2013 at 6:30 PM in Rockford Middle School board room.
