BEEBE LAKE WATER LEVEL ANALYSIS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of St. Michael will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 11800 Town Center Drive NE, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as time permits, on March 26, 2013, to consider modifications of the DNR Beebe Lake Permit No 96-3178 in order to start implementation of the findings in the Beebe Lake Water Level Analysis Report, which includes the lowering of Beebe Lake an additional 1.5 feet from current permit shutoff levels when downstream conditions allow. The public hearing is required per Minnesota Statutes 103B.325 and 103G.301.
Anyone so desiring to be heard regarding this matter will be heard at this meeting. Written comments should be received no later than 4:30 p.m., March 26, 2013, at the St. Michael City Hall, 11800 Town Center Drive, St. Michael MN 55376. Questions regarding this project may be directed to the St. Michael Engineering Department at 763-416-7931.

The City of Corcoran is seeking bids for Bituminous mixture for paving and patching. Sealed proposals must be received by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 18, 2013, and will be publicly opened and tabulated at 9:05 a.m. on Monday March 18, 2013 at Corcoran City Hall.
All proposals shall be addressed to the City of Corcoran, 8200 Co Rd 116, Corcoran, MN 55340, sealed and marked “Asphalt / Road Maintenance Bids” on the outside of the envelope.
Specifications and proposals can be found on the website or at City Hall. No deposit or bid bond is required.

NOTICE OF REQUEST
For Agricultural Preserve Designation
Notice is hereby given that the Council will meet at City Hall, 8200 County Road 116, on Thursday, March 28, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by Beverly J. Patnode Trust for designation of property totaling 68.75 acres as Agricultural Preserve.
The property is legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, MTP West Acres (PID 19-119-23-41-0002). The current land use designation on 2030 Future Land Use Map is Ag Preserve.
The property owner is requesting re-enrollment into the Metropolitan Agricultural Preserve program and initiating expiration of the Metropolitan Agricultural Preserve designation at the same time. If approved, the property would be designated Metropolitan Agricultural Preserve and would be decertified eight (8) years from the date of entry.
All persons wishing to speak on this item will be heard. Comments may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting.

THE RIGHT TO VERIFICATION OF THE DEBT AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD PROVIDED BY LAW IS NOT AFFECTED BY THIS ACTION.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That default has occurred in the conditions of the mortgage dated December 13, 2000, executed by Lynette I. Boyer and Donald E. Boyer, wife and husband, as mortgagors, to TCF National Bank, a national banking association, as mortgagee, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Wright County, Minnesota, on January 5, 2001, as Document No. 729061, which mortgage conveyed and mortgaged the following described property, situated in the County of Wright and State of Minnesota, which property has a street address of 8026 Oday Avenue, Otsego, Minnesota 55330, and tax identification number 118-036-001120:

That the original principal amount secured by said mortgage was $24,700.00; that there has been compliance with any condition precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by said mortgage and foreclosure of said mortgage required by said mortgage, any note secured thereby, or any statute; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt remaining secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof; that there is claimed to be due upon said mortgage and is due thereon at the date of this notice, the sum of $22,960.91 in principal and interest.
