Arrests

On Thursday, Jan. 17, at Hamel Rd. and Brockton Lane, Terry Lee Decker, 33, of Waconia was arrested for DWI with a BAC o f .10.

On Friday, Jan. 18, at 1:52 a.m. on the 200 block of County Rd. 24, Matthew Michael Dittmar, 36, of Plymouth was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .11.

On Saturday, Jan. 19, at 5:53 p.m. at County Rd. 19 and Highway 55, Christopher John Christiansen, 44, of Loretto was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .19.

Theft

On Tuesday, Jan. 15, at 1:12 p.m. on the 400 block of Ridgeview Cr., there was a gas drive-off of $42.11.

On Thursday, Jan. 17 at 5:37 a.m., The Wright County Sheriff’s Department located a vehicle in Albertville that was determined to have been stolen from a business in Medina on the 470 block of County Rd. 19.

On Saturday, Jan. 19, at 3:19 a.m. on the 3900 block of Arrowhead Dr., Leonard William Brusletten, 44, of Minnetonka as transported to the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center and released pending charges.

On Tuesday, Jan. 22, at 1:42 p.m. on the 700 block of Highway 55, there was a gas drive-off of $53.70.

Other

On Monday, Jan. 14, at 3:10 p.m. on the 100 block of Mallard Lane, Loretto, there was a barking dog complaint.

On Monday, Jan. 21, at 8:40 a.m. on the 200 block of St. James St., Loretto, there was a report of smoke, but no problem was found.

On Tuesday, Jan. 22, at 10:25 a.m. on the 3900 block of Wild Meadows Dr., there was a report of a dog at large.

On Tuesday, Jan. 22, at 4:p.m. on the 4000 block of Tomahawk Dr., a homeowner reported that a passenger vehicle stopped at his mailbox, and that it was left open.

On Tuesday, Jan. 22, at 10:33 p.m. no the 2000 block of County Rd. 19, a homeowner reported that a s pickup truck stopped in her driveway and two males got out and knocked on her door. She did not answer. The males were located and told officer that their vehicle had broken down.

On Wednesday, Jan. 23, at 12:16 a.m. on the 300 block of Clydesdale Trail, there as a report of a male sleeping in his car who was advised he would have to leave the Target parking lot, which is private property.

On Thursday, Jan. 24, at 9:35 a.m. on the 600 block of Hamel Rd., there was a report of a possible electrical fire. The Hamel Fire Department responded but was unable to detect the source of the smell.

On Thursday, Jan. 24, at 1:57 p.m. on the 100 block of Sunrise Ct., there was a complaint of coyotes approaching a resident on several occasions while she was walking her dog.

On Sunday, Jan. 27, at 8:46 a.m. on the 4600 block of Bluebell Trail, and the 4500 block of Trillium Lane, several homes were reportedly struck by paintball rounds.
