Dayton Council to hold special meeting Dec. 31

Meeting to include a closed session to review a report on investigation of possible data practices violation

Dayton’s Mayor Doug Anderson has called a special meeting for Monday, Dec. 31 at 8 a.m. at Dayton City Hall, 12260 South Diamond Lake Road.

The council plans to call the meeting to order and seek approval of the agenda. They will then move to a closed session for purposes of receiving a report regarding an investigation of a possible data practices violation.

The council will then return to open session to consider any action related to the report.

Also on the agenda is consideration of an amendment to the city administrator’s contract related to vacation and sick day accrual and consideration of final payment to Hennepin County for the construction of Goose Lake Road.
