The Maple Grove Farmers Market couldn’t be more excited about the eighth season of the indoor farmers market. Market-goers can enjoy shopping from over 20 vendors offering a wonderful bounty of items this fall and into winter—including seasonal produce.
“We’re thrilled to offer shoppers and vendors this opportunity to extend the market season,” said Market Coordinator Carol Morris. “Just because we’re not outside doesn’t mean the food and fun have to stop. Customers will find many of the outdoor vendors as well as a few returning indoor favorites.”
The harvest and holidays often center on food and what better way to enjoy them than with vendor grown and local specialty items. Vendor offerings include: seasonal produce, cheese, meats (beef, chicken, pork), eggs, Lebanese specialties, a wide variety of baked goods and candies, artisan breads, honey, pickles, jams, maple syrup and much more.
Live music and a variety of special events will enhance the indoor shopping experience.
The Indoor Farmers Market is open the first and third Thursdays of November and December (Nov. 1 and 15 and Dec. 6 and 20). Market hours are 3 to 6 p.m.
Next year will mark the 10th season of the outdoor Maple Grove Farmers Market with opening date set for Thursday, June 13.
