Former STMA teacher pens book about ‘Eternal Battle’

“In the war between Good and Evil, the Word will be heard. The Story must be told.”

When engulfed in a malevolent fog, the town of Jefferson, Minn., descends into chaos, corruption, wickedness, and death. The only one who can save the town and the world is Beecher Jones — husband, father, high school principal, unwilling messiah.

Minnesota author and former St. Michael-Albertville teacher Michael Frickstad explores the Eternal Battle in his new book The Storyteller, weaving an extraordinary tale that blends drama, humor, mystery, terror, and philosophy. This “spiritual horror story” reveals a unique cosmology hidden under the mundane world of small-town America, the way of the Word.

Frickstad will be signing copies of his book at Buffalo Book & Coffee in Buffalo Saturday, Nov. 24, from 11 a.m. to noon, and at Country Inn and Suites in Albertville Saturday, Dec. 1, beginning at 1 p.m.

Readers have called The Storyteller “captivating,” “amazing,” “magical,” and “compelling.” One called it “WONDERFUL….a powerful book with a powerful message.”

The Storyteller is available in paperback from select booksellers or online from Amazon and Amazon also carries the book in its Kindle store.
