Arrests & Citations

On Tuesday, Oct. 2, at 5:18 p.m. at Hamel Rd. and Pioneer Tr., Benjamin Martin Raduenz, 33, of Minneapolis was arrested for DWI pending results of a blood test.

On Friday, Oct. 5, at 11:13 p.m. at County Rd. 19 and County Rd. 24, Joseph Robert Laxen, 23, of Big Lake was issued a citation for a Small Amount of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia, Driving After Suspension, and Driving Without Motor Vehicle Insurance.

On Sunday, Oct. 7, at 3:53 a.m. at Highway 55 and County Rd. 101, Thomas Stanley Helseth, 51, of Robbinsdale was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .16.

Theft

On Monday, Oct. 1, at 7:32 p.m. on the 4400 block of Highway 55, a male left without paying a tab of $10.57.

Other

On Monday, Oct. 1, at 4:55 p.m. on the 700 block of Highway 55, there was a gas drive-off of $45.75 that was thought to be an accident because a female attempted to use a card at the pump.

On Monday, Oct. 1, at 2:18 p.m. at Hamel Rd. and Willow Dr., a passerby reported two kids on skateboards, citing a safety concern. Officer was unable to locate.

On Tuesday, Oct. 2, at 12:27 a.m. on the 300 block of Edgewood Dr., Loretto, there was a report of a verbal argument. Both parties agreed to go to bed.

On Tuesday, Oct. 2, at 10:47 a.m. on the 1400 of County Rd. 24, it was reported that a post in a driveway had been knocked over and the driveway damaged, possibly by a vehicle.

On Tuesday, Oct. 2 at 5 p.m. on the 100 block of Medina St. N, Loretto, there was a verbal domestic.

On Wednesday, Oct. 3, t 12:58 p.m. on the 200 block of Calamus Cr., a mailbox had been damaged and a pumpkin squashed.

On Thursday, Oct. 4, at 6:40 a.m. on the 3800 block of Linden Dr. E, there was a report of a silver van pulling into multiple driveways. The driver was delivering newspapers.

On Sunday, Oct. 7, at 2:21 a.m. on the 400 block of Highway 55, security reported that a male, 38, of Plymouth had been evicted. The male was complaining that his wedding ring was stolen. Officers arrived, located the ring and the male arranged for a ride.
