CITY OF INDEPENDENCE
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at 1920 County Road 90 on Monday, October 8, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. to review the following requests:
Windsong Farm Golf Club, requests that the City consider the following actions for the property located at 18 Golf Walk, Independence, MN (PID No. 32-118-24-31-0002):
1. An amendment to their existing conditional use permit to allow a limited number of sleeping rooms, for use by their membership, within a new guest house(s) on the property. The guest house(s) would be located near the center of the existing golf courses property.
Village Evangelical Free Church, requests that the City consider the following actions for the property located at 5725 County Road 1, Independence, MN (PID No. 11-118-24-11-0007):
1. An amendment to their existing conditional use permit to allow for an expansion of the existing church. The expansion would include a new worship center to be attached to the existing building.
