NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Kittredge Crossing Condominium Association, (hereinafter the Declaration) recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Wright County, Minnesota as Document No. 963421, which covers the following property:
Legal Description: Unit No. 25, CIC No. 97, a Condominium, Kittredge Crossing Condominiums, Wright County, Minnesota
Property Address: 10551 73rd Lane NE, Otsego, Minnesota 55301
THAT pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of August 17, 2012, from Teresa L. Bergquist, title holder, to Kittredge Crossing Condominium Association, a Minnesota non-profit corporation, the amount of $10,504.00, for assessments, late fees and collection costs, plus additional assessments and other amounts that may have accrued since the date of this notice, including the costs of collection and foreclosure;
THAT prior to the commencement of this foreclosure proceeding, Lienor complied with all notice requirements as required by status; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law or otherwise to recover the debt secured by said lien, or any part thereof;
THAT the owner has not been released from her financial obligation to pay said amount;
THAT pursuant to the Declaration, said debt creates a lien upon said premises in favor of Kittredge Crossing Condominium Association, as evidenced by a lien statement recorded on January 5, 2011, in the office of the Wright County Recorder as Document No. A 1166442;
THAT pursuant to the power of sale granted by the owners in taking title to the premises subject to said Declaration, said lien will be foreclosed by the sale of said property by the sheriff of said County at the Main Office of the Wright County Sheriff, Civil Division, 3800 Braddock Avenue, NE, City of Buffalo, Wright County, Minnesota, on October 23, 2012, at 10 a.m., at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, to pay the amount then due for said assessments, together with the costs of foreclosure, including attorney’s fees as allowed by law. The time allowed by law for redemption by the unit owners, their personal representatives or assigns is six (6) months from the date of said sale.
DATE TO VACATE PROPERTY: The date on or before which the owner must vacate the property if the account is not brought current or the property redeemed under Minn. Stat. ‘ 580.23 is April 24, 2013. If the foregoing date is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, then the date to vacate is the next business day at 11:59 p.m.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
This project will stabilize 600 feet of actively eroding streambank on the Crow River in the City of St. Michael, MN. The project will construct a toe-wood sod mat, which is a structure constructed using woody debris, onsite soil, rock, and vegetation mats to create a floodplain bench to reduce sheer stress and velocities on bank material. In addition, an in-channel j-hook rock structure will be added at the top of the project to direct flow to the center of the river.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 9th at 10:00AM at St. Michael City Hall and attendance is required if you plan to bid. Any bids submitted without attendance at the pre-bid meeting will be automatically rejected and returned.
Sealed proposals will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 AM, Monday, October 22, 2012, at the City Offices, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials to complete the CROW RIVER (36TH CIRCLE) TOE-WOOD PROJECT:

NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Albertville, Minnesota, will meet at 7:00 p.m. on the 15th day of October, 2012, or soon thereafter at the Albertville City Hall, 5959 Main Avenue NE, Albertville, Minnesota, to pass upon the proposed assessment of costs related to construction of a collector distributor road and new exit/entrance ramps from Interstate 94 to CSAH 19 and CSAH 37 in the City of Albertville, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement consists of those properties in the City of Albertville shown in cross-hatch on the accompanying map.
The proposed assessment roll is on file for public inspection in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall. The total amount of the proposed assessment is $945,196.12. Adoption of the proposed assessment by the City Council may be taken at the hearing. Written or oral objections to the proposed assessments by any property owner will be considered at the meeting. No appeal may be taken as to the amount of the assessment unless a written objection, signed by the property owner, is filed with the City Clerk prior to the hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the hearing.
An owner may appeal an assessment to the District Court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving written notice of the appeal upon the Mayor or City Clerk within thirty (30) days after the adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the District Court within ten (10) days after service upon the Mayor or City Clerk.
Minnesota Statutes Section 435.193 through 435.195 authorize a municipality to defer the payment of assessments against homestead property owned by persons 65 years of age and older, or who are retired because of permanent and total disability under circumstances where it would be a hardship for such person to make the assessment payments. When deferment of the special assessment has been granted and is terminated for any reason provided in that law, all amounts accumulated plus applicable interest become due. Any assessed property owner meeting the requirements of this law may, within 30 days of the confirmation of the assessment, apply to the City Clerk on the prescribed form for such deferral of payment of this special assessment on said owner’s property.
