THIS COMMUNICATION IS FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR. THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Kittredge Crossing Condominium Association, (hereinafter the Declaration) recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Wright County, Minnesota as Document No. 963421, which covers the following property:
Legal Description: Unit No. 25, CIC No. 97, a Condominium, Kittredge Crossing Condominiums, Wright County, Minnesota
Property Address: 10551 73rd Lane NE, Otsego, Minnesota 55301
PIN: R118-220-000250
THAT pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of August 17, 2012, from Teresa L. Bergquist, title holder, to Kittredge Crossing Condominium Association, a Minnesota non-profit corporation, the amount of $10,504.00, for assessments, late fees and collection costs, plus additional assessments and other amounts that may have accrued since the date of this notice, including the costs of collection and foreclosure;
THAT prior to the commencement of this foreclosure proceeding, Lienor complied with all notice requirements as required by status; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law or otherwise to recover the debt secured by said lien, or any part thereof;
THAT the owner has not been released from her financial obligation to pay said amount;
THAT pursuant to the Declaration, said debt creates a lien upon said premises in favor of Kittredge Crossing Condominium Association, as evidenced by a lien statement recorded on January 5, 2011, in the office of the Wright County Recorder as Document No. A 1166442;
THAT pursuant to the power of sale granted by the owners in taking title to the premises subject to said Declaration, said lien will be foreclosed by the sale of said property by the sheriff of said County at the Main Office of the Wright County Sheriff, Civil Division, 3800 Braddock Avenue, NE, City of Buffalo, Wright County, Minnesota, on October 23, 2012, at 10 a.m., at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, to pay the amount then due for said assessments, together with the costs of foreclosure, including attorney’s fees as allowed by law. The time allowed by law for redemption by the unit owners, their personal representatives or assigns is six (6) months from the date of said sale.
DATE TO VACATE PROPERTY: The date on or before which the owner must vacate the property if the account is not brought current or the property redeemed under Minn. Stat. ‘ 580.23 is April 24, 2013. If the foregoing date is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, then the date to vacate is the next business day at 11:59 p.m.

For Agricultural Preserve Designation
Notice is hereby given that the Council will meet at City Hall, 8200 County Road 116, on Thursday, September 27, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by Daryl and Lourdette Patnode of property totaling 79.16 acres as Agricultural Preserve.
The property is legally described as E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 119, Range 23, except road (PID 30-119-23-11-0001). The property is located at 23301 CO RD 50 (PID 30-119-23-11-0001). The current land use designation on 2030 Future Land Use Map is Ag Preserve.
The property owner is requesting re-enrollment into the Metropolitan Agricultural Preserve program and initiating expiration of the Metropolitan Agricultural Preserve designation at the same time. If approved, the property would be designated Metropolitan Agricultural Preserve and would be decertified eight (8) years from the date of entry.

AN ORDINANCE:
SETTING COMPENSATION FOR THE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
the city council of the city of hanover ordains as follows:
Section 1. Effective January 1, 2013, the Mayor of the City of Hanover shall be compensated the amount of $1,650 per year.
Section 2. Effective January 1, 2013, each Council Member of the City of Hanover shall be compensated the amount of $1,250 per year.
Section 3. The Mayor and each Council Member of the City of Hanover shall be compensated for various meetings attended at the following rate schedule.
Special City Council Meetings $30.00
City Council Workshops $30.00
Planning Commission Meetings $30.00
Park Board Meetings $30.00
Economic Development Authority $30.00
Other City Council Formed Committees/Taskforces $30.00
Joint Powers Board $30.00
Northwest Hennepin Human Services Council
Executive Board $30.00
Fire Relief Association $30.00
Wright County Mayor’s Association $30.00
Northwest Hennepin League of Municipalities $30.00
Section 4. Upon approval by City Council, the Mayor and each Council Member of the City of Hanover shall be compensated for attending seminars, conferences and miscellaneous meetings, at the following rate.
Two Hours or Less: $30.00 + parking and mileage
More than two hours but less
than four hours $60.00 + parking and mileage
More than four hours $120.00 + parking and mileage
Section 5. The Mayor and each Council Member shall be eligible to be reimbursed for mileage at the IRS approved rate. Reimbursement for lodging shall be approved on a case by case basis at the time approval for attendance to the seminar, conference or miscellaneous meeting is granted.
Section 6. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after the date of its passage and publication, as set by law.
