Neil Lynch, 42, is among the 77-person delegation (40 delegates and 37 alternates) who will represent Minnesota at the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Aug 27 to 30.
Lynch was elected an alternate to the RNC at the Republican Party of Minnesota state convention held in St. Cloud May 18-19. Lynch ran as a “Liberty Republican.” Of Minnesota’s 40 national delegates, 32 are Liberty Republicans.
A Minnesota resident since 1998, Lynch, his wife and three children moved to Maple Grove in 2002. He is currently a vice chair with the Senate District 34 Republicans, and is an at-large director for the state chapter of the Republican Liberty Caucus.
