On Thursday, Aug. 2, at 9:47 p.m. at County Rd. 19 and Sycamore Tr., Brian Keith, 61, of Maple Plain was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .08.

On Friday, Aug. 3, at 12:49 a.m. on the 300 block of Clydesdale Tr., Tamera Kay Stewart, 52, of Plymouth was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .12.

On Friday, Aug. 3, at 10:06 p. m. on the 700 block of Highway 55, Southone Billy Khamvongas, 21, of Corcoran, was arrested from Possession of Methamphetamine and transported to the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center with charges pending.

On Saturday, Aug. 4, at 12:18 a.m. on Baker Park Rd. and Main St. E, Chase Edward Hilleren, 22, of Mound was arrested for Suspicion of Under the Influence – charges pending test results – after his vehicle was discovered in the ditch.

On Sunday, Aug. 5, at 3:32 a.m. on the 300 block o f Hunter Dr., Christopher James Otto, 27, of Maple Grove was arrested for Intent to Escape Tax. Registration from another vehicle was displayed on the vehicle Otto was driving.


On Monday, July 30, at 1:41 p.m. on the 2000 block of Prairie Dr., a chainsaw and grease gun were taken from a business.

On Tuesday, July 31, at 7:01 a.m. on the 200 block of Bergamot Dr., a car seat and a tin of Skoll were taken from a vehicle.

On Wednesday, Aug. 1, at 4 a.m. at County Rd. 19 and County Rd. 24, a power cord for a generator was reported having been taken.

On Monday, Aug. 5, at 11:58 a.m. on the 1300 block of Baker Park Rd,, there was a loss of $50 reported. The case is under investigation.


On Wednesday, Aug. 1, at 2:31 p.m. on the 100 block of Railway St., Loretto, a party called stating that she had received two collect calls from Miami that she believed were part of a scam.

On Thursday, Aug. 2, at 10:37 a.m. on the 1400 block of Willow Dr., a resident reported that her received a suspicious letter and check.

On Monday, Aug. 5, at 5:28 p.m. on the 600 block of Shawnee Woods Rd., there was a report of a suspicious vehicle at the end of a homeowner’s road. Officer made contact with subject who was reading and waiting for friends in the Foxberry development.
