Wright County Attorney’s report

The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of July 23:

Erik David Lundeen, 33, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced July 25 for felony first degree DWI to a stay of execution for up to seven years on conditions of probation, serve 365 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support and verify attendance, stay out of establishments where alcohol is primary means of business, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge McPherson.

Antoney Michael Roth, 24, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced July 23 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete a Level II driving program, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge McPherson.

Savannah Marie Toensing, 28, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced July 24 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 361 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve four days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, complete a Level I driving program and follow all recommendations, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, serve 10 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge McPherson.
