MGSH Theatre to present ‘CenterStage Act 7: How A Year Goes By’

Musical revue that will have you singing, dancing in your seat

Take a musical journey through the year, in this high-energy revue, featuring music from yesterday and today, Broadway, hit movies, and everything in between performed by students from the award-winning Maple Grove Senior High Theatre Department. The department will present “CenterStage Act 7: How A Year Goes By.”

“We are absolutely thrilled to be presenting our seventh annual spring production at MGSH,” said director Beth Hellstedt. “It’s the culmination of months of hard-work by approximately 130 talented students — singer/dancers, instrumentalists, tech and wardrobe crews. You don’t want to miss this show.”

CenterStage runs Thursday to Saturday, May 11 to 13 and May 18 to 20, in the Maple Grove Senior High School Auditorium, 9800 Fernbrook Lane N. in Maple Grove. Shows begin at 7 p.m. each night, and will include one intermission. Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for students/seniors, and can be purchased through www.maplegrovemusicaltheatre.com.

The MGSH Theatre Department produces two shows per school year, a fall musical and the spring production, CenterStage.
