OSH Nordic ski coach Brad Rosch has passed away

The Press has learned that former Osseo High School teacher Brad Rosch has died from a heart attack. He suffered the heart attack while running last Saturday, Sept. 24. He died Monday, Sept. 26.

Rosch was a long-time science teacher at OSH and he was also a coach at the school. He retired as a teacher five years ago, but continued to be the head coach of the Osseo boys’ and girls’ Nordic ski team.

Funeral services for Coach Rosch will be Tuesday, Oct. 4, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 9100 93rd Ave. N. in Brooklyn Park. There will be a visitation one hour prior.

A Celebration of Life/Reception will follow the same day, Oct. 4, at 3 p.m. at the Chalet at the Elm Creek Park Reserve, 12400 James Deane Parkway in Maple Grove. All are welcome to come and honor a life well lived.
