Maryrose Maus

Maryrose Maus, 85, died July 14 2014, after suffering a sudden stroke. In the end God took the hand Marys youngest was holding into his own, and guided her home.
Maryrose was, at her core, a nurturing, caring individual who felt a profound duty to others. She embraced a career in nursing which continued throughout her life and into retirement where she sought out ways to use her skills to volunteer and help people. Maryrose and Donavon Maus had four children: Daryl, Richard, Rosemary and Steven. Four grandchildren: Porter, Asia, Michelle and Eric and two Great Grandchildren, Brytin and Taylin. For many years, the Maus family lived on a small farm located five miles north of Osseo. In addition to a full time career in nursing, Maryrose was a 4-H leader, an active member of the local PTA and involved with other area groups. Late in life Maryrose married Joseph Stack and settled in Powell Wyoming where she lived until her death. Her husband, Joe, died in 2007.
A Visitation in Memory of Maryrose Maus will be held Sunday, August 24 from 1-3 pm at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home 34 Second St. NE, Osseo, Minnesota 55369.
Condolences may be sent to the family at:
1635 Springwood Drive, Spring Branch, TX 78070.
