Autey, who just graduated from Maple Grove in June, has been invited to attend the High School Awards Brunch Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Lake Buena Vista Palace Hotel in Orlando, Fla.

Autey is a three-year starter/letterwinner for the Crimson girls’ soccer team. She was team captain, an All-State Honorable Mention and a Minnesota Senior Soccer Classic Game MVP in 2013. She was named All-Conference twice and honorable mention once. She finished second in Crimson career wins (29), goals against average (1.20), and shutouts (15). She holds numerous single season records in wins, goal against, and shutouts. Her Maple Grove team won the conference championship in 2012, and the Crimson were ranked 9, 2, and 11 in her three years. She was also a girls’ hockey manager and an accomplished film artist.

“As we continually support academics at Maple Grove women’s soccer, we are excited for Casey to get this individual award along with her on-field accomplishments,” Maple Grove girls’ soccer coach Ben LeVahn said.
