Get ready to pick out and purchase some home-grown goodies. The eighth annual Osseo Farmers Market opens for business Tuesday, July 8.
The Osseo City Newsletter states, “We’ve partnered with other area farmers markets this year to bring in a wider range of vendors.”
The farmers market will be open every Tuesday, July 8 through Sept. 23, from 2 to 6 p.m. along Fifth Street N.E., just north of Boerboom Park.
Those people coming to the market will be able to find a wide range of fresh vegetables and fruits, baked goods, crafts and more from local and regional farmers for sale. Some select Osseo businesses will also be selling their own products to public.
All the vendors are local individuals who grow and sell their own produce.
According to the city’s website, “The market emphasizes diversity, quality and freshness all in an inviting and family-friendly atmosphere.”
