APRIL 25 — The Osseo-Maple Grove American Legion Auxiliary will be hosting its annual Children and Youth Fundraiser Friday, April 25, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. all the proceeds will be going to Minnesota Operation Military Kids. The Legion Auxiliary will be having its monthly Steak Fry in conjunction with this event. As always the Auxiliary will be serving steak, fish, shrimp and steak and shrimp combination. There also will be a bake sale, silent auction, and several venders will be on hand to display their merchandise. APRIL 26 — A spaghetti dinner and silent auction benefit for Alex McLeod will take place Saturday, April 26, at the Osseo-Maple Grove American Legion, 260 Fourth Ave. S.E. in Osseo. The silent auction begins at 4 p.m., with the spaghetti dinner served from 5 to 8 p.m. Bake Sale, Quilt Raffles, and more will be up for auction. APRIL 27 — The Osseo-Maple Grove American Legion Riders will host its last Omelet Breakfast of the spring Sunday, April 27, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Osseo-Maple Grove American Legion, 260 Fourth Ave. S.E. in Osseo. People can have an omelet of their own creation with ingredients and have it prepared in front of them by cooks. The cost is $8 per person. Because of people’s generosity at the previous omelet breakfasts, the Legion Riders have been able to help veterans and their families with support.
