NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Michael Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as time permits, at the St. Michael City Hall to consider a request from the Knights of Columbus to renew an Interim Use Permit for as long as the property remains a private school. The permit would allow for the operation of a Christmas tree sales lot in the western portion of the St. Michael Parish Elementary School parking lot located at 22 Main Street North.
Information regarding this request can be viewed at City Hall during regular working hours. Anyone so desiring to be heard regarding this matter will be heard at this hearing. Written comments should be received no later than May 7, 2014, at St. Michael City Hall, 11800 Town Center Drive NE, St. Michael, MN 55376.
