The Rockford Community Center offers a wide range of fitness classes for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, including Aerobics and Strength or Cardio, Strength and Yoga. Zumba, Cardio Sculpt AM, Cardio Fusion, TRX Suspension Training, Early Morning Yoga, Yoga, Saturday Morning Yoga, Senior Core Fitness and Senior Fitness Fun.

New fitness center
The RCC Fitness Center will be relocated this year to the other side of the Community Center (the former gymnastics gym). This location is roughly 3,000 square feet larger than the current space, and will include an expanded equipment selection, including heavy-duty treadmills. Plans for the current fitness center space include a transformation to a dance/fitness class and studio space.
Warm and free walking for seniors
The RCC offers senior citizens (age 65-plus) free annual walking passes.
Enjoy quality family time at the RCC on Thursday, March 6, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the RCC Preschool Playtime. The center supplies scooters and basketballs, but feel free to bring tricycles and other smaller sized equipment. Children under six must be accompanied by an adult.
Rockford-Greenfield Community Expo
The 12th annual Rockford-Greenfield Community Expo will be Saturday, March 15, from 9a.m. to 1 p.m. at the RCC. Interested vendors, service providers and community organizations can register online through the district website or by calling the community education office.
