The following is a synopsis of some of the incidents that occurred in the city during the week of Jan. 24, 2014, through Jan. 30, 2014. Refer to the city website Crime Mapping Section for additional details for the crimes of burglary, robbery, arson, theft and vehicle theft.

Friday, Jan. 24

8000 block of Wedgewood Lane — There was a report of license plates stolen off of a vehicle while parked in a parking lot.

9500 block of Upland Lane — The department responded to an individual having a stroke. The individual was transported to the hospital by paramedics.

13600 block of 80th Circle — The department responded to an individual who continued to lose and regain consciousness. The individual was to the transported to hospital by paramedics.

12900 block of Elm Creek Blvd. — There was a report of merchandise stolen from a business.

12000 block of Elm Creek Blvd — The department responded to an individual with a broken wrist as a result of a fall outside of a business – transported to hospital by paramedics.

12000 block of 80th Ave. — The department responded to an individual with a laceration. Paramedics responded.

Saturday, Jan. 25

12000 block of 80th Ave. — The department responded to an individual who was having shortness of breath. Paramedics responded.

12000 block of 80th Ave. — The department responded to an individual who was having shortness of breath and stroke symptoms. Paramedics responded.

16300 block of County Road 30 — The department responded to an individual with a broken ankle. The individual was transported to the hospital by paramedics.

Sunday, Jan. 26

11700 block of Fountains Way — The department responded to an individual who had a seizure. The individual was transported to the hospital by paramedics.

13300 block of Bass Lake Road — There was a report of an individual leaving the gas station without paying for gas.

12100 block of Meadowlark Circle — The department responded to an individual who had fallen, resulting in loss of consciousness. The individual was transported to the hospital by paramedics.

15300 block of Grove Circle — There was a report of merchandise stolen from a business. The suspect was arrested.

12000 block of 62nd Place — The department responded to an individual having flu symptoms. Paramedics responded.

9400 block of Dunkirk Lane — There was a report of merchandise stolen from a business. The suspect was arrested.

9700 block of Hemlock Lane — The department responded to an individual having heart trouble. The individual was transported to the hospital by paramedics.

Monday, Jan. 27

9400 block of Dunkirk Lane — There was a report of merchandise stolen from a business. The suspect was arrested.

11100 block of 86th Ave. — There was a report of a window smashed out of a car parked in a parking lot. Items also stolen from inside the vehicle.

Tuesday, Jan. 28

10700 block of 103rd Place — The department responded to an individual who had a seizure. Paramedics responded.

9800 block of Fernbrook Lane — There was a report of a cell phone stolen from an unattended purse.

13900 block of 62nd Ave. — There was a report of a mailbox taken off of the post.

Wednesday, Jan. 29

7000 block of Hemlock Lane — The department responded to an individual who had a seizure. Paramedics responded.

9400 block of Dunkirk Lane — There was a report of merchandise stolen from a business. The suspects were arrested.

12000 block of 80th Ave. — The department responded to an individual having chest pains and difficulty breathing. The individual was transported to hospital by paramedics.

6200 block of Quinwood Lane — The department responded to an individual experiencing numbness and elevated blood pressure. The individul was transported to the hospital by paramedics.

Other

There were 71 property damage and four personal injury accidents reported during this time period.

Adam Hagen, 25, of Rogers was arrested Jan. 19 for a third degree DUI alcohol concentration over .08, third degree DWI driving while impaired-criminal penalty, careless driving and driving without insurance at I-94 and Maple Grove Parkway.

Raymond Castruita, 33, of Plymouth was arrested Jan. 19 for carrying a weapon while under the influence of alcohol, fourth degree DWI driving while impaired-criminal penalty, careless driving, fourth degree DUI and open bottle on the 12000 block of Fountains Drive N.

Margaret Hill, 19, of Maple Grove was arrested Jan. 19 for shoplifting and trespass noticed served on the 8100 block of Wedgewood Lane N.

Neal Hill, 22, of Coon Rapids was arrested Jan. 19 for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle at 96th Avenue and Dunkirk Lane.

Stephen Stifter, 22, of St. Louis Park was arrested Jan. 19 for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle at 96th Avenue N. and Dunkirk Lane.

Ashley Hoaglun, 28, of Brooklyn Center was arrested Jan. 19 for shoplifting and trespass notice served on the 8000 block of Wedgewood Lane.

Brandon Sable, 18, of Maple Grove was arrested Jan. 19 for shoplifting and trespass notice served on the 8100 block of Wedgewood Lane N.

Christian Snyder, 20, of Plymouth was arrested Jan. 20 for shoplifting, careless driving, driving after revocation and trespass notice served on the 8100 block of Wedgewood Lane N.

Stephen Klosterman, 22, of Monticello was arrested Jan. 21 for shoplifting on the 9400 block of Dunkirk Lane N.

Steven Burke, 53, of Maple Grove was arrested Jan. 23 for domestic assault and criminal sexual conduct on the 7600 block of Berkshire Way N.
