Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Rogers Community Room, located at 21201 Memorial Drive, to consider the following requests by Scannell Properties:
Preliminary Plat Approval of Elkhorn Addition to create one lot and one outlot
Concept Plan Review for the construction of a 304,809 sq.ft. Office Warehouse Building,
2,400 sq.ft. security building and a 5,180 sq.ft. maintenance building
The property legally described as:
That part of N 1/2 of NE 1/4 lying ELy of Interstate Hwy No 94 ex rds, all in Sec. 25, Twp. 120, R 23, Henn. Co., Minn., according to the recorded plat thereof.
