Maple Grove boys score big basketball wins

The Maple Grove boys’ basketball team found its offensive form in two big wins last week.

The Crimson blasted Blaine 69-48 Jan. 9. Matt Lindgren led the way with 16 points. Brad Davison had 14 and Reed Nikko, Tywhon Pickford and Taylor Schott each scored 7.

Twelve Crimson scored in Maple Grove’s 82-52 rout of Wayzata Jan. 11. Davison led the way with 22 points and Nikko added 11 and Isaac Collins 10.

The Crimson next host Park Center Friday, Jan. 17.
