NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING
Notice is hereby given that the Champlin Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 7 p.m. or shortly thereafter in the City Council Chambers (Champlin City Hall) located at 11955 Champlin Drive, Champlin, MN 55316. The public hearing is to review a request from Parent Custom Homes for a conditional use permit to construct a 1,557 square foot attached garage. The project is located at 10974 West River Road, legally described as that part of the West 295 feet of Government Lot 1 lying North of the centerline of West River Road, except road, Section 34, Township 120, Range 21, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
