VEX drag racers steer into 1st place

Students in the Principles of Engineering (POE) course recently claimed the overall Mastering Mechanical Advantage: VEX Drag Racing champion title. Students in the POE course, which is offered through the Project Lead the Way program at Osseo Senior High, recently participated in a competition as a culmination of their design project. Students in two sections of the POE course worked in teams of 2 to 4 students to design a VEX robot with the purpose of beating all other teams in a 50 foot race. The championship team here includes OSH students Emily Muers, David Jednyak, Jamar Roberson and Caleb Harken.
