Conrad Birdie, one of the biggest rock-and-roll stars of the 1960s, is drafted into the Army. As a farewell, he is scheduled to perform the song “One Last Kiss” and kiss a girl live on the Ed Sullivan Show.
Show times are at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, and Friday, Nov. 15; and at 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16. Performances held in the Rockford High School auditorium. Tickets will be sold at the door and are $6 for adults and $4 for students and senior citizens. General admission only. Season passes will also be accepted.
