TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Hanover, Counties of Hennepin and Wright, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at Hanover City Hall for the purpose of receiving written and oral comments from the public on an application for a variance to permit an enclosed patio to be not less than 9 feet from the front yard setback. The property is located at 11220 River Road, Hanover, MN 55341.
