STMA ‘Trick or Canning’

OCT. 31 — St. Michael-Albertville National Honor Society (NHS) is going Trick or Canning Thursday, Oct. 31, in most St. Michael neighborhoods. Participants will be asked to donate non-perishable food items for the Hanover Food Shelf. STMA NHS students will be going around collecting the food.

Legion Auxiliary boutique

NOV. 2 — St. Michael American Legion and Liberty Restaurant present “Dears Gone Wild Boutique” Saturday, Nov. 2, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Grab your friends for an afternoon of fabulous shopping, food and fun. Come shop with 25 of the greatest local vendors and crafters. Also featuring raffle drawings and lunch specials. Organized by St. Michael American Legion Women’s Auxiliary #567.

Holiday Bazaar

NOV. 9 — The annual Mary Queen of Peace Holiday Bazaar will be Saturday, Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Church hall located at 21304 Church Ave in downtown Rogers. Enjoy crafts, bake goods, theme baskets and raffle items. Coffee and Egg bake available in the morning and Chicken Soup lunch beginning at 11 a.m. All are welcome.

Dears Gone Wild

NOV. 9 — St. Michael American Legion and Liberty Restaurant is hosting Dears Gone Wild Saturday, Nov. 9, from 7 p.m. to midnight. While the guys are hunting, grab your friends for an evening of food, line dancing, raffle drawings, and silent auction. Reserve your table now at 497-2001. Women’s Health Expo

NOV. 9 — The Second Annual Women’s Health Expo is Saturday, Nov. 9, from 9 a.m. until noon at Albertville City Hall, main level. Free to all!! Many door prizes and more than 25 vendors.

German dinner

NOV. 10 — The public is invited to join in for a German Dinner Sunday, Nov. 10, from 4 to 7 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church and School in Corcoran. The menu includes: roast pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, German potato salad, red cabbage, saucer kraut, dinner roll, German chocolate cake or apple kuchen and a beverage. There will also be a craft and bake sale. Tickets can be purchased at the door and are $10 for adults and $5 for children 5 to 12 (children under 4 are free). MOMS Club BUNCO

NOV. 10 — St. Michael Central MOMS Club BUNCO fundraiser to raise money to support participation in Adopt a Family at Christmas will be Sunday, Nov. 10, at the Liberty Restaurant in St. Michael at 1 p.m. Doors open at 12:30. Beach attire is welcome. Space is limited, to play contact Michelle Berglund at michelle@berglund.net. As this is a fundraiser event, no cash prizes will be awarded.

NOV. 15 — The Hanover Fire Department wishes to invite everyone to the annual Poultry Social Friday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. at Hanover City Hall. Come for food, fun and BINGO. Proceeds to the Hanover Fire Relief Association.

KC Lumberjack Breakfast

NOV. 17 – “It’s the famous KC Lumberjack Breakfast … you better be hungry!” is Sunday, Nov. 17, 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Mary Queen of Peace Church Hall, St. Martin Campus (Downtown Rogers). Menu includes pancakes, French toast, hash browns, sausage and eggs, orange juice, milk and coffee. Free will offering, proceeds benefit church, school and community. Fall Craft Show

NOV. 23 — St. Michael-Albertville Women of Today Fall Craft Show is Saturday, Nov. 23, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at St. Michael-Albertville Middle School West, 11343 – 50th Street NE, Albertville, MN 55301. Overflow parking/shuttle from Primary School. New and returning crafters. Concessions available. Drop off location for Caring for Kids, Your local toy drive.  Please donate NEW unwrapped toys, hats/mittens, and books for children birth to age 18. Monetary donations also accepted.
