Wright County Court: Delano and Rockford

Following are some of the sentencings by the Wright County Court during the week of Oct. 7.

Abigail Marie Martin, 21, of Rockford, was sentenced on Oct. 8 for felony fleeing a peace officer to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 45 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $150 public defender co-payment, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of alcohol or nonprescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, remain medically compliant, complete cognitive skill program, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, and have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for gross misdemeanor second-degree refusal to submit to testing to 365 days jail; 320 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 45 days jail, pay $35 surcharges, attend a support group and follow above conditions. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Donald Ray Shellito Jr., 21, of Delano, was sentenced on Oct. 7 for felony aid and abet theft to a stay of execution for 10 years on conditions of probation, serve 180 days jail, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of alcohol or nonprescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, provide DNA sample, complete cognitive skill program, pay restitution, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo a psychological evaluation and follow all recommendations, and have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property to 365 days jail; 275 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, concurrent, pay restitution and have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.
