THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to file with the Court Administrator an Answer to the Amended Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Amended Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
This action involves, affects or brings into question the real property situated in the County of Wright, State of Minnesota, legally described as follows:
That part of Government Lot 2, Section 5, Township 120, Range 28, Wright County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Government Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of North 14 degrees 33 minutes 09 seconds West along the west line of said Government Lot 2, a distance of 717.45 feet; thence North 75 degrees 26 minutes 51 seconds East, a distance of 718.08 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 16 degrees 19 minutes 25 seconds East, a distance of 56.30 feet; thence South 78 degrees 18 minutes 33 seconds East to the shoreline of Twin Lake; thence northerly along said shoreline to a line which bears South 78 degrees 18 minutes 33 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence North 78 degrees 18 minutes 33 seconds West to the point of beginning.
(Previously described as Lot 2, Block 2, DAVIDSONS ADDITION)

That part of Government Lot 2, Section 5, Township 120, Range 28, Wright County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Government Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of North 14 degrees 33 minutes 09 seconds West along the West line of said Government Lot 2, a distance of 717.45 feet; thence North 75 degrees 26 minutes 51 seconds East, a distance of 718.08 feet; thence South 16 degrees 19 minutes 25 seconds East, a distance of 56.30 feet; thence South 13 degrees 41 minutes 53 seconds West, a distance of 99.13 feet; thence South 02 degrees 50 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 58.07 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 05 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds West, a distance of 50.07 feet; thence South 80 degrees 56 minutes 57 seconds East to the shoreline of Lake Sylvia; thence Northerly along said shoreline to a line that bears South 80 degrees 56 minutes 57 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence North 80 degrees 56 minutes 57 seconds West to the point of beginning.

Together with a temporary easement described as follows:
An easement for boat house purposes over, under, and across Government Lot 2 and Lot 1, DAVIDSONS FIRST ADDITION, Wright County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Government Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of North 14 degrees 33 minutes 09 seconds West along the West line of said Government Lot 2, a distance of 717.45 feet; thence North 75 degrees 26 minutes 51 seconds East, a distance of 718.08 feet; thence South 16 degrees 19 minutes 25 seconds East, a distance of 56.30 feet; thence south 13 degrees 41 minutes 53 seconds West, a distance of 99.13 feet; thence South 02 degrees 50 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 58.07 feet; thence South 05 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds West, a distance of 50.07 feet; thence South 80 degrees 56 minutes 57 seconds East, a distance of 203.52 feet to the point of beginning of said easement; thence South 00 degrees 35 minutes 32 seconds West, a distance of 3.22 feet; thence South 89 degrees 24 minutes 28 seconds East, a distance of 21.65 feet to a line that bears South 80 degrees 56 minutes 57 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence North 80 degrees 56 minutes 57 seconds West, a distance of 21.89 feet to the point of beginning.
The object of this action is to wholly exclude the Defendants, and each of them, from any right, title, estate, interest in or lien upon said real estate, and to obtain a judgment that the Plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple, in possession of, and entitled to possession of the same. No monetary damages are sought against the Defendants, or any of them, except for a judgment for costs and disbursements against those Defendants who answer or defend.
