On Saturday Oct. 5 the Champlin Park High School Marching Rebels will be hosting the “21st Annual Rebel Classic Fall Field Marching Band Field Competition” beginning at 6 p.m. at Champlin Park High School. Bands attending are from Andover High School, Anoka High School, Blaine High School, Eastview High School, Eden Prairie High School, Rosemount High School and Valley High School from West Des Moines, IA.  The Jackson Middle School Band and the Marching Rebels will be performing together in their show “The Legacy.”

The Champlin Park Marching Rebels are proud to present our telling of the Godfather story in their performance “The Legacy.”

The Godfather Trilogy stands as a classic in the world of cinema.  The story not only shows the lives of Italian mafias, but the battles that wage within families themselves.  The Don is the head of the house and when one passes on, another takes his place.

Admission will be $7 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Children under the age of five are admitted for free.

Don’t miss the chance to see the Marching Rebels compete earlier on October 5th at Anoka’s “Music in Motion” at 1 p.m. at Goodrich Field in downtown Anoka.
