The following is a synopsis of some of the incidents that occurred in the city of Osseo from Sept. 6 through Sept. 19, 2013.

Incidents:

Osseo Police took a theft report and damage to vehicle report on Sept. 11 on the 600 block of First Ave. N.E. The case is under investigation.

A theft report was filed on Sept. 12 from a business on the 200 block of County Road 81. The case is under investigation by Osseo Police and the Hennepin County Detectives.

A bicycle was reported stolen on Sept. 13 from the 500 block of Third Ave. N.W. There are no suspects. A bicycle theft report was taken.

Osseo Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Sept. 14 on the 400 block of Third Ave. N.E. The incident was mediated and no charges are pending.

A domestic disturbance was reported to Osseo Police On Sept. 16 on the 100 block of Third Ave. N.E. Police were able to mediate the situation and no charges are pending.

A theft from auto was reported on Sept. 16 on the 500 block of Third Ave N.W. There are no suspects.

Osseo Police responded to a family dispute on the 200 block of Sixth Ave. S.E. on Sept. 17. The issue was mediated by police. No criminal charges were filed.

A theft of cash was reported to Osseo Police on Sept. 17 from a business on the 50 block of Central Ave. There are no suspects.

Osseo Police found an unsecure business on the 200 block of First Ave. N.W. on Sept. 18. A K9 unit was deployed to search the building. No problems were found. A key holder responded and locked the building.

Medicals:

Osseo Police responded to a report of a 82-year-old female having trouble breathing on the 50 block of Sixth Street N.E. She was transported to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a report of a 89-year-old female having trouble breathing on Sept. 10 on the 600 block of Central Ave. She was transported to North Memorial Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a report of a 55-year-old male that fell Sept. 10 on the 200 block of Fourth Ave. S.E. and has a possible head injury. He was transported to North Memorial Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a report of a 33-year-old female unconscious on the 100 block of Fourth Ave. N.E. She was transported to North Memorial Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 81-year-old male having a possible stroke on the 100 block Sixth Ave. N.E. on Sept. 12. He was transported to North Memorial Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to the Osseo High School athletic field for a football player with a possible head and neck injury on Sept. 12. He was transported to North Memorial  Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 86-year-old female having severe pain on Sept. 12 on the 100 block of Third Street N.W. She was transported to North Memorial Hospital in Maple Grove by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 79-year-old female having a possible heart attack on Sept. 13 on the 600 block of First Ave. N.E. She was transported to North Memorial Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 43-year-old male feeling ill on Sept. 14 on the 500 block of Second Street S.E. He was transported to North Memorial Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 95-year-old female that had had fallen and had possible broken bones on Sept. 15 on the 500 block of Second Street S.E. She was transported to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 76-year-old female that had fallen down and was bleeding on the 500 block of Second Street S.E. on Sept. 16. She was transported to North Memorial Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 80-year-old female having a possible stroke on the 400 block of Third Ave. N.E. She was transported to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale by North Ambulance.

Accidents:

Osseo Police responded to a three-car property damage accident at Second Street S.E. & Fourth Ave. S.E. on Sept. 8. A state accident report was filed. No citations were issued.

Osseo Police responded to a two-car property damage accident at Holiday Station on Sept. 18. Both drivers exchanged information. No citations were issued.
