RogPoliceBadgeThe following contains a sample of calls reported by Rogers Police from Monday, Sept. 16, through Sunday, Sept. 22.

Monday, Sept. 16

Officers responded to a property damage accident on Brockton Lane and David Koch. Both drivers had no injuries. North Memorial ambulance was called due to airbag deployment but driver refused medical treatment. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Rosalie Anne Choromanski, 29, who caused the crash was cited for inattentive driving.

Veronica M. Williams, 42, was cited for revoked license and no motor insurance at South Diamond Lake Road and Rogers Drive.

Anthony Edward Kraemer was cited for drug paraphernalia at County Rd. 81 and I-94 following a traffic stop.

Tuesday, Sept. 17

The Corcoran Police Department had received a complaint about a suspicious male sleeping near the Rogers Library. The subject was located who informed Officers he was waiting for friends to finish up with work. Upon further investigation, the subject had a misdemeanor warrant for theft. Austin Michael Davis, 19, was arrested and transported to Monticello where subject was turned over to Stearns County Deputy.

Wednesday, Sept. 18

Cher Yang, 21, was cited for revoked license plate and license at I-94 and Main Street.

Rachel Telkie, 31, was cited for nearly causing a car crash at Brockton Lane and David Koch Avenue.

Dispatched to a report of a physical domestic disturbance at 19597 Prairieview Dr. Arrived and spoke to victim, who said that suspect threw her to the ground. The incident was witnessed by neighbors. The suspect left the scene prior to officers arriving.

Thursday, Sept. 19 

Received a report that occupants of a vehicle pointed a gun at the reporting party in the area of eastbound Interstate 94 and mile marker 210. Maple Grove Police Department located the suspect vehicle and initiated a high-risk stop on eastbound Interstate 94 east of Hemlock Lane. Officers assisted with the stop. No firearm was located. Maple Grove officers located suspected marijuana. Maple Grove police handled the incident.

Friday, Sept. 20

Kendra Nicole Stoeckman, 31, was cited for expired registration at Main Street and 141st Ave.

Saturday, Sept. 21

Officer responded to Kohls Department Store where a male attempted to get credit for three men’s neckties that were brought from the rack to the Customer Service Counter for store credit totaling $56.12. Suspect ran out of the store and left in his vehicle without the generic card or any items. Advised no loss.

Citation related to property damage auto crash. Jacob Marius Koury, 22, was issued citation for expired registration (July 2013). Driver was aware of expired tabs. Same driver given verbal warning for failure to yield for on-coming vehicle and no drivers license in possession.

Officer conducted a walk through on a wedding that was not to be serving alcohol at 21201 Memorial Dr. Officer observed an open bar where they were serving soda pop, sparkling grape juice and “Andre” brand sparkling wine. Officer made contact with the brides mother who had booked the wedding hall. She admitted the beverage was alcoholic. I advised her they clearly were still serving it at the open bar right now. Officer took no enforcement action and advised the person that someone may follow-up with her at a later date. The bride’s mother claimed she would have it stopped being served.

Sunday, Sept. 22

Citation for driving after revocation and no proof insurance at Main Street and I-94. Driver stopped for unlit license plate light and expired June 2013 tabs. David Anil Dunap, 28, was given a ride to a gas station to wait for a ride.
