The Knights girls tennis team won 6-1 over North Branch last Thursday.

Singles

#1 Jessica Duda won 6-3, 6-1

#2 Kiana Eystad won 6-1, 6-1

#3 Jolene Duda won 6-2, 6-2

#4 Cory Eull won 6-1, 3-6, 10-5

 

Doubles

#1 Brittany Haas / Emily Tschida lost 2-6, 6-2, 5-10

#2 Maddie Schopf / Annie Caron won 6-3, 6-3

#3 Anna Moritz / Brittney Grube won 6-0, 6-1

 

The team lost Monday, Sept. 16, 3-4 to Champlin Park.

#1 Jessica Duda won 6-0, 6-1 Jessica is now 8-5

#2 kiana Eystad lost 7-6×2, 2-6, 3-6 Kiana is now 10-3

#3 Jolene Duda won 6-1, 7-5 Jolen is now 9-4

#4 Missy Gust won 6-1, 2-6, 6-2 Missy is now 10-2

“Our singles players have been consistent and strong all year,” Coach Jim Riles said.

 

Doubles

#1 Brittany Haas/ Emily Tschida lost 6-7×4, 4-6.

#2 Brittney Grube / Annie Caron lost 1-6, 6-7×5

#3 Maddy Schopf / Cory Eull lost 5-7, 1-6

#4 Anna Moritz / Mackenzie Laterell won 6-2, 6-3

The knights are back in action tonight at home against Princeton.
