Arrest and citations

On Sunday, Sept. 1, a 5:24 p.m. on the 4600 block of Foxberry Dr., Samuel Durell Mouton, 33, of Dallas, Texas was arrested on a Soliciting Complaint, and posted bail.


On Monday, Aug. 26, at 8:39 on the 1000 block of Jubert Tr., a boom box and cordless drill were taken from a job site.

On Wednesday, Aug. 28, at 6:27 p.m. on the 200 block of Cherry Hill Tr., an Apple iPod was reported stolen.

On Friday, Aug. 30, at 6:32 p.m. on the 200 block of Highway 55, there was a gas drive-off of $48.81.


On Tuesday, Aug. 27, at 11:55 a.m. no the 2600 block of Pioneer Tr., a cyclist reported a dalmatian type dog running out onto the roadway.

On Wednesday, Aug. 28, a 6:53 a.m. at Highway 55 and Mohawk Dr., officer responded to  a report of cows on the railroad tracks. The animals’ owner was reached and advised that he would remove the cattle from the area and secure them on his property.

On Wednesday, Aug. 28, at 1:42 p.m. on the 2300 block of Hollybush Rd., there was a report of an injured raccoon. The raccoon, deceased, was located and disposed of.

On Wednesday, Aug. 28, at 2:45 p.m. on the 600 block of Sunnyridge Lane, Loretto, officer responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the shared driveway of four townhomes just as an individual was returning to the car. The vehicle’s driver was visiting.

On Wednesday, Aug. 28, at 7:58 p.m. at Hamel Rd. and Pioneer Tr., cyclists reported that a vehicle stopped in front of them and the male driver jumped out and yelled at them.

On Friday, Aug. 30, at 8:49 a.m. on the 400 block of Navajo Rd,, there was a report that someone had dumped  pile of mulch in the roadway.

On Friday, Aug. 3, at 11:57 a.m. at Hillview Ln. and Meadow Dr., Loretto, there was a report of a male who parked his vehicle in the neighborhood, got out and started to look around, then walked out of the neighborhood. Officers were able to get in touch with him and he advised that he was looking for a homeowner to speak to regarding the weekend, but they were not home so he walked to the Detour 19 to have something to eat.

On Saturday, Aug. 31, at 9:48 a.m. at Medina St. N,Loretto, officer was advised that a train had been blocking the intersection for 20 minutes and bicyclists were going between the cars. Officer monitored the situation and did not observe this.

On Sunday, Sept. 1, at 1:05 a.m. on the 4300 block of Wild Meadow Dr., there was a reported that two males had “ding-dong-ditched” a residence. Officers did not locate the kids.

On Sunday, Sept. 1, at 8:43 p.m. n the 1300 block of Tamarack Dr., a resident reported hearing gunfire.
