Arrests

On Tuesday, Aug. 6,a t 1:14 p.m. n the 100 block of Hamel Rd., Christopher Robyn Bowker, 29, of Minneapolis was arrested while trying to pass a forged check.

On Thursday, Aug. 8. at 10:29 a.m. at Highway 55 and  Tamarack Dr, Christopher Charles Campion, 33, of Medina was transported to the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center where he was booked and released pending formal complaint.

On Thursday, Aug. 22, at 12:49 a.m. at Hunter Dr. and Navajo Dr., Michael Thomas Pruden, 24, of Plymouth was arrested for DWI – Second Degree with a BAC of .26.

On Thursday, Aug. 22, a 8:12 p.m. on the 100 block of Spur Cr., Steffan Levis Peters, 26, of St. Cloud was arrested for a gross misdemeanor warrant and booked at the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center. Chad Silas Skelton, 31, of Foley was arrested for soliciting without a permit an posted $100 cash bail.

On Saturday, Aug. 24, at 3:38 a.m. at Highway 55 and Wichita Tr., Juan-Carlos Michael Buker, 32, of Rockford was arrested for DWI-Second Degree with a BAC of .11.

Theft

On Monday, Aug. 5, at 8:32 a.m. on the 100 block of Clydesdale Tr., a television monitor, DVD recorder and safe were reported missing.

On Saturday Aug. 24, at 12:18 p.m. on the 4300 block of Highway 55, there was a gas drive-off of $33.

Other

On Monday, Aug. 5, at 10:47 a.m. on the 4600 block of Wichita Tr., there was a report of a suspicious van. The individual was found to be an employee of the Three River Parks District who was taking water samples.

On Monday, Aug. 5, at 5:47 p.m. at County Rd. 24 and Homestead Tr., an officer came upon a vehicle that was being pulled out of the ditch by a tow truck. The vehicles owner advised that the car’s engine had quit suddenly and that he’d coasted to far to the right.

On Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 11:30 a.m. on th 100 block of Hamel Rd., thee was a report of forged checks. The case is under investigation.

On Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 4:03 p.m. on the 3900 block of Wild Meadows Dr, there was a report of a missing cat with long black and white hair.

On Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 9:43 p.m. at Willow Dr. and Highway 55, officer responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch, driver possibly intoxicated. Driver was located, and said has trying to turn around at the water tower along Willow Dr., an d became stuck. A tow was en route.

On Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 11:31 a.m. on the 1500 block of Tamarack Dr., there was a trespassing complaint regarding work done after a stop work order.

On Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 2:04 p.m. on the 1700 block of Tamarack Dr., there was a report of a possible scam regarding postcards from Environmental Services Incorporated to get sales leads.

On Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 5:07 p.m. on the 4100 block of Arrowhead Dr., officer responded to a 911 call, but employee said it must have been accidentally dialed, and that there was no trouble.

On Thursday, Aug. 8, at 8:12 a.m. on the 2800 block of Willow Dr., there was a report of a sick raccoon showing signs of distemper. People in the area told officer that it was a large raccoon, foaming at the mouth and walking slow and in a drunken manner. The animal was not located.

On Thursday, Aug. 8, at 5:19 p.m. on the 2200 block of Chestnut Rd., ther was a report of a large raccoon. Upon arrival officer found the raccoon to by lethargic and experiencing distemper.

On Thursday, Aug. 8, at 7:30 p.m. an individual reported receiving information from a collection agency about delinquency. The party advised that she had never opened an account.

On Monday, Aug. 19, at 11:30 a.m. on the 1400 block of Tamarack Dr., a resident reported receiving a suspicious email regarding the transfer of funds.

On Monday, Aug. 19, at 2:38 p.m. on the 200 block of Loretto St., Loretto, there was a call requesting assistance in removing a dead cat that was under a deck.

On Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 11:30 a.m. on the 900 block of Hamel Rd., there was a report of two suspicious males sleeping in a parked vehicle. Officer was able to identify the driver. The individuals were Excel employees waiting for their supervisor.

On Tuesday, Aug. 20,at 1:07 p.m. on the 1200 block of Phillips Dr., there was a report of a possible burglary in progress. Officers located a carpenter working in the basement.

On Wednesday, Aug. 21., at 5:01 p.m. on at Highway 55 and County Rd. 101, there was a call about a suspicious activity. A caller reported seen a red Volkswagon car traveling west on Highway 55 with the trunk ajar. The caller told dispatch that they could not see into the trunk but thought that there may be a person inside of it. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

On Saturday, Aug. 24, at 6:35 p.m. at Baker Park Rd., and Highway 12, there was a report of a male yelling and pulling the hair of a female. No one was arrested.
