Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Maple Grove will meet in the Council Chambers at Maple Grove Government Center, 12800 Arbor Lakes Parkway, at 7:30 P.M. on the 3rd day of September, 2013, and one of the matters on the agenda for said evening to be scheduled at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as it is reasonable and practical will be a public hearing to consider the vacation of the drainage and utility easement described as follows:
The northerly 3.0 feet of the southerly 10.0 feet of the easterly 45.0 feet of the westerly 87.0 feet, as measured at a right angle to the southerly and westerly lines, of Lot 5, Block 2, Maple Creek Estates, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof.
