The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of Aug. 5:
Zachery Michae Dehn, 23, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced July 31 for burglary in the fourth degree to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 350 days, $2,800 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay restitution, provide DNA sample, complete cognitive skills program and follow all recommendations, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.
Daniel Roger Dufner, 28, of HANOVER was sentenced Aug. 5 for felony first degree DWI to 54 months prison. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.
Corey Richard Thompson, 32, of ALBERTVILLE was sentenced July 29 for probation violations for felony theft to 20 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.
