The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at 1920 County Road 90 on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. to review the following requests:
Marilyn Raupp (Applicant/Owner) requests that the City consider the following actions for the property located at 2515 Becker Road, Independence, MN (PID No. 14-118-24-34-0010):
A variance to allow the lot frontage to lot depth ratio to exceed the 1:4 maximum ratio.
Windsong Farm Golf Club, requests that the City consider the following actions for the property located at 18 Golf Walk, Independence, MN (PID No. 32-118-24-31-0002):
An amendment to their existing conditional use permit to allow occasional overflow parking on their property north of CSAH 6 and directly across from their current parking lot.
